I think that this is now necessary. I am aware that it could be dangerous for individual freedom, so there must be a clear legal environment regulating the censors. Internet is a great tool, but some people are using it so much against morality that it can't be used freely anymore - especially by children. Freedom does not mean : "I can do whatever I want". This is anarchy.

Actually, I agree with you completely -- we always need some regulation. The point here is, the way the Japanese govt. tries to implement it now is not well-defined or effective, and will only bring bad side-effects.
